One of the movies I’ve added to the bracket this year is Remember the Night, starring Barbara Stanwyck and Fred MacMurray. From TCM’s website: “An assistant D.A. takes a shoplifter home with him for Christmas.” Which really sums things up nicely.
I thought it was a charming story…even though I am admittedly not a Fred MacMurray fan. But…Babs. How can you go wrong with Ms. Stanwyck?! (Spoiler alert – you can’t…she’s featured again in this bracket a bit later…)
